Omaha man arrested in Norfolk on multiple charges

OMAHA, Neb. – An Omaha man was arrested in Norfolk on multiple charges Tuesday night on multiple offenses.

29-year-old Justin M. De Luna was pulled over by Norfolk Police shortly before 9 p.m. for going 49 mph in a 25 mph zone, according to Capt. Michael Bauer.

A police check of De Luna’s license showed that he was driving on a revoked license. The officer reported seeing an open can of a White Claw alcoholic beverage in the car and also noted the smell of alcohol on De Luna. The officer requested field sobriety maneuvers, which allegedly showed impairment.

De Luna was arrested for enhanced driving under the influence fifth offense, driving during revocation and for an outstanding Madison County arrest warrant for possession of marijuana. He was housed at the Norfolk City Jail and later transferred to the Madison County Jail.
