The proposed format would feature four teams: three composed of eight All-Star players each, and a fourth team comprising the winners of the Rising Stars game. Notably, the 2024 All-Star Game saw the Eastern Conference triumph over the Western Conference with a record-breaking score of 211-186, highlighting the need for a more engaging format.
